John Lysaght

Master John Lysaght has been instructing for USA Karate since 2002. He is a 6th degree black belt who has long been recognized and awarded for his ability in teaching the martial arts. His specialties are traditional form and self-defense.

Master Lysaght founded and has coached the Nationally recognized Anoka AllStars tournament and demo team since 2007. Under his leadership, the Anoka AllStars tournament team has placed among top teams in the State for years, and members have achieved great individual success.

Master Lysaght regularly visits schools and groups throughout the metro area to present 'Safety Awareness', 'Stranger Danger', and 'Might for Right'- programs designed with collaboration of law enforcement to teach children the lastest safety information and technique.

Mr. Lysaght has expanded his Martial Art's training by learning Brazilian Jiu-jitsu and Wushu Kung Fu.

Ted Cincoski

4th Degree Black Belt
Mr. Ted Cincoski began his training at USA Karate in 1995. 
Over the years he has trained under a multitude of instructors, earning his black belt in 1999. 
Mr. Cincoski is highly passionate about the tournament scene and has spent years competing and judging alike, ranking in creative form in the 2011-2012 season. 
While teaching he takes great pride helping his students master difficult techniques.
